Location:
Healing Legacy Counseling is a small mental health private practice located in Hudson, Ohio. We are very close to Route 8, right off the Boston Mills exit.
Our Team:
We currently have a team of five therapists working together. We’re keeping it small in order to better serve our clients. We often meet to support each other, collaborate on cases, and learn from each other. A well-cared for therapist with a good work-life balance leads to better client care.
Who We See:
We believe in goodness of fit between our clients and our therapists. Some of our clinicians have more training in couples and family work, while others specialize in individual or group therapy. While we do treat clients of all ages, as young as three years old, certain clinicians are more skilled with different age groups. In person or Telehealth:
We do offer in person sessions for anyone who prefers meeting in the office, and we also have telehealth for those who prefer to meet online. We also offer telehealth in cases of snowstorms or bad weather. Our clients can choose in person or online from week to week if they give us a few days notice.
Trauma Informed Care:
All of our therapists are trained to explore and honor your past experiences that have shaped who you are. We use evidence-based practices, and we train together with continuing education every year.
