Health Reimbursement: QSEHRA

We offer a QSEHRA (Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement) to help offset the cost of individual health insurance and other eligible medical expenses.

How it works:

  • You choose and pay for your own health insurance plan.
  • We reimburse you up to a set amount each month (within IRS guidelines).
  • These reimbursements are tax-free, provided they meet qualifying criteria.

Optional Entrepreneurial Support for Independent Licensees

Once you become independently licensed, we don’t just wish you well—we actively support your next steps. For those with independent licensure, you will have the option to develop your own private practice while sharing logistical resources with HLC’s own therapists, so you don’t have to build things from scratch.

Here’s how it works.

  • We offer entrepreneurial guidance, mentorship, and infrastructure support to help you build a sustainable, values-aligned business.
  • We walk you through the process of creating your own LLC, an essential step in creating your own business.
  • Choose what administrative supports you need, and skip what you don’t. Resources like our billing system, EHR, and website are more financially accessible when we pay for them as a group.
  • You have full autonomy over your caseload, schedule, and income—all the benefits and freedom of owning your own business, but with the logistical and professional support of doing so in community with other therapists.
