Healing Legacy Counseling is hiring!
This is a unique offer to work in a therapy co-op. Picture several like-minded therapists all under one roof, cross-referring to each other, able to case consult, but independently operating under your own practice. We all agree to a basic set of policies to keep everyone’s space and peace respected, but you control the rest. A true 1099 independent contractor with your own business.
Basically, you pay rent for the physical space and office manager duties (someone has to order the TP). You can also partake in EHR, billing, email, website, and more, at your choice. You control what you make by how much you’re willing to work.
Why am I willing to do this?
- It’s cheaper to keep the lights on when we all work together, so it’s a win-win.
- The therapy profession needs to maintain autonomy and resist being dictated to by venture capitalist funded companies.
But the space is quite literally limited, and we want a team of awesome providers. Everyone would be guaranteed physical space with the option to work hybrid telehealth.
Specifically, we are looking for folks who:
- Think systemically, personally and with clients
- Have the skills to work with individuals, couples, and families
- Value both independence and collaboration
If you are a dependently licensed LPC, LMFT, LSW, never fear, you would be hired as a W-2 with benefits. I personally believe you need the protection and guidance of a supervisor and company before you’re ready to spread your wings with your own practice (and the state of Ohio agrees). I’m licensed as an LPCC-S and IMFT-S, I’ve got you covered, and I would be honored to work with you as you gain your independence. Once you become independently licensed, I can help you develop your own practice. You can stay on at the parent practice Healing Legacy or move on and create your own space.
