Pronouns: She/Her

We don’t choose the genetics we’re born with, the culture we’re raised in, our experiences growing up, or the curveballs life throws at us. But we do choose what to do with those pieces and how they will inform our choices moving forward. I find purpose in empowering others to build a life that is meaningful, healthy, and sustainable. What that looks like can vary dramatically from person to person, and I work collaboratively with my clients to take stock of where they are, where they want to be, and what it will take to get there.

I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples of all backgrounds and lifestyles, and have experience helping clients navigate a broad range of challenges ranging from trauma, anxiety, grief, and substance use to changing family structure, phase of life transitions, parenting issues, and difficult relationships. I believe in the classic truism that knowledge is power, and much of my work begins with helping you build insight and awareness into what’s keeping you stuck and what’s in your power to change. From there we’ll work together to shift your relationships with the world, with important others, and with yourself.

I pull from a variety of evidence-based therapy frameworks and techniques so as to better adapt my approach and style to your specific needs and situation. If you’re ready to make a change and take control of your mental health, I’m ready to support, challenge, and guide you through that process. Let’s get started!
